What has influenced her life:

Camp Crestridge for Girls, in Ridgecrest, NC. where I spent every summer from the age
of 7 to 15. I learned how to canoe, camp, hike, and reach for the stars. The was theplace that my soul
became passionate about God and His creations. My mother Jane, aunts Alice and Louise taught me
that love, kindness, and helping others will keep your heart warm and make you smile. My dad for
sharing his wisdom of life, his strong work ethics, and unconditional love. My son for rekindling
my passion for paddling and love of nature. My friends over years that have shared their experiences,
knowledge, kindness, time and encouragement.
